A radically different approach

Rather than dwelling on the problems, we analyze the root causes. That’s the difference!

Kaizen Radical actively contributes to the performance of manufacturing and service organizations. How do we do this? By improving their efficiency and mobilizing their teams through process design, a range of consulting services and training in problem-solving techniques.

Inspired by the Lean continuous improvement culture, the Lean Six Sigma philosophy and OHS best practices, our approach immerses you in the heart of change and invites you to live it one small step at a time.

Radically human values

Respect and caring

People before systems! Our inclusive approach encourages discussion, non-violent communication and valuing of each team member to remove the discomfort created by maladaptive systems.

Collective wellbeing

To ensure that our population receives the best, most accessible and cutting-edge services, we must innovate! We propose ways of doing things that focus on eco-responsibility, social justice and collective well-being.

Collaboration and involvement

Improvement and innovation are continuous processes that require everyone’s involvement. We encourage each of the stakeholders in the change process to combine their strengths in order to build successful and efficient work teams.
