Description
Involving people in improvement initiatives is a key success factor. That’s why leadership development as part of a Lean culture deployment is essential.
This course is based on recognized leadership methods. It is enriched by the learning experience brought back from Japan by the trainer, as well as numerous discussions with Mr. Isao Yoshino, who was, among other things, director of Toyota’s training center.
