Description

Coaching is a developing skill. The Dojo is a practice space with a bank of over 30 exercises for dealing with a variety of difficult coaching situations. During the sessions, some exercises are selected according to the level and challenges experienced by the participants.

It is beneficial to plan several Dojo sessions to allow participants to evaluate their coaching skills by practicing exercises of increasing difficulty.

Objectives

  • Coaching Kata;
  • Practice and master several micro-skills per session;
  • Develop coaching reflexes to guide improvers through difficult situations;
  • Develop benchmarks for recognizing the challenges and good responses of improvers.
